Day 1. Nairobi – Samburu
Depart Nairobi and drive past coffee plantations of the central Kenya through the semi rugged desert to Samburu National reserve to arrive in time for lunch. Check in to your booked lodge/Camp. After afternoon rest evening game drive will follow. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2. Samburu
Full day spent exploring the reserve . Morning and afternoon game drives searching for the residents animals, Elephants, buffalos, special five – reticulated giraffe, Oryx Beisa, Gerenuk, Blue necked Somali ostrich Grevy Zebra and the big cats. Over 350 species of birds have been identified in the reserve. Dinner and overnight.
Samburu game reserve has a spectacular scenic beauty, rivers and forests. It is an area where the local people have a rich and colorful heritage. Option of visiting Samburu village
Day 3. Samburu – Nairobi
Early morning game drives, After breakfast proceed to Nairobi with game drive en route out. Arriving Nairobi late afternoon and drop off at place of your choice.
Day 1. Samburu Game Reserve;
Depart Nairobi in the morning for Samburu National reserve crossing the Equator and driving through the rugged semi-desert of northern Kenya, Arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive to search for the residents of Samburu reserve. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2. Samburu;
Full day explore of Samburu with game drives in the morning an d in the evening. An option of visiting Samburu village at amn extra cost. Search for the rare liver red reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx, Blue flanked Somali Ostrich, Vulturine Guinea Fowl, Long neck Gerenuk during the game drives. Lions , Cheetah, Leopards among plenty of other plains game. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3. Lake Nakuru National Park;
Breakfast and drive to the shoulders of Mt. Kenya via Thomson Falls arriving Lake Nakuru ‘the ornithological paradise’ in time for lunch, afternoon game drive – it’s a Bird watchers paradise. It has a surprisingly number of animals, all the “big five” except the elephant. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4. Maasai Mara National Reserve;
Breakfast and depart for Masai Mara crossing through the floor of the rift valley. The abundant concentration of the park has not be available in any other park especially the sheer number of the cats supported here. Arrive Mara in time for lunch. The Masai culture is not left behind as when you wish to visit a Masai village you’ll meet with the red clad Masai warriors tend their multi-colored herds amongst plains game. Afternoon game drives will follow. Dinner and overnight.
Day 5. Maasai Mara National Reserve;
Full day spent for viewing the great predators and explore the parks amazingly high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During the stay we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.
Day 6. Nairobi;
Breakfast and depart for Nairobi arriving late in the afternoon for lunch and later drop off at place of your choice
Day 1: Nairobi-Aberdares;
Pick up from Nairobi hotel in the morning and depart for Aberdares arriving in time for lunch. The Treetop Lodge has balconies to provide superb game viewing from the comfort of the lodge. It is set on elephant migratory corridor between the Aberdare Ranges and Mt Kenya National park, and is strategically sited right in front of a natural watering hole and salt lick. The animals come to you!. Later dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Aberdares- Samburu;
Early breakfast at your hotel, short game en-route, Leave Aberdares for Samburu arriving with a short game drive in time for lunch and check in at your booked lodge/camp have lunch and relax. Later afternoon game drive across the park which has unique resident wildlife species like the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx and the Blue legged Somali Ostrich . Dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Samburu
Today you’ll have a full day explore of the semi rugged shrub desert begining with an early morning game drive then return back to lodge/camp for breakfast .After breakfast Full day spend in the park with packed lunch. Meals and overnight.
Day4 : Samburu – Sweet Water;
Early morning breakfast game en-route leave Samburu for Sweet water arriving in time for lunch and check in at Sweet waters Tented Camp , Sweetwater’s is the only sanctuary for rehabilitation in Kenya of these widely abused chimpanzees. The site is also a breeding for the endangered species of rhino. Afternoon game drives across the sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at Sweet waters Tented Camp.
Day 5;Sweet Water- Lake Nakuru;.
Early morning breakfast game en-route leave Sweet Water for Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch and check in at the booked Lodge. Afternoon game drive across the ornithological paradise often referred so due to its Great masses of Flamingos not forgetting the famous white Rhino and black rhino found in this park. Dinner and overnight at the booked Lodge.
Day 6: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara;
After breakfast leave Lake Nakuru for world famous Masai mara arriving in time for lunch. Check in at the booked Lodge/ camp then lunch. Afternoon game drives through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo. This park holds the highest number of predators than any other park in the world. The big cat diaries of BBC have been filmed here. The sheer number of wildlife has made the park to be Africa safari destination for safari enthusiasts. Dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Maasai Mara National Reserve;
Full day explore of the park with packed lunch in search of its popular predators. Dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Masai Mara – Nairobi;
Early Morning breakfast at your camp or lodge check out and drive to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Lunch at carnivore afterwards drop off at a place of your choice.
Day 1 Nairobi
Upon arrival in Nairobi, you’ll be met by our representative and transfer you to the Hotel (Bed/Breakfast).
Day 2. Nairobi – Amboseli
After breakfast, you will be picked in the morning after breakfast and drive to Amboseli. It lies in the shadow of Mt. Kilmanjaro. Surely this is the most spectacular backdrop for photography in any wildlife sanctuary in Africa. This is the only park where you’ll find elephants roaming just next to a human being.
Day 3. Amboseli
Early morning and late afternoon game drives. You may find the park’s elephant herds cooling off in the swamp waters, or the tall Masai giraffe peering at you through the treetops. The bird life of Amboseli is rich and varied over 420 species. Part of the park is composed of a dry lake bed which produces mirages in the shimmering heat. Swamps and springs are fed by the underground rivers of Mt. Kilimanjaro’s melting shows. And provide permanent water for game. In the evening, a visual feast Mt. Kilimanjaro at sunset.
Day 4 Amboseli – Samburu
Today after early breakfast, you will be driven to Samburu National reserve to arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon you’ll have a game drive to view unusual species rarely seen outside of this region. Grevy’s zebra with its distinctive narrow strip’s, Reticulated giraffe with its geometric pattern, the shy long – necked Gerenuk which stands erect on its hind legs to feed on the tender leaves of the high tree branches, Oryx beisa and the bluer – necked Somali ostrich, among a variety of others.
Day 5 Samburu
You’ll set out on morning and afternoon game drives to observe Samburu’s unusual wildlife. The Ewaso Nyiro River provides an oasis from the equatorial sun in this harsh spectacular land of rock soil and scrubland. Bird enthusiasts will be rewarded with a wealth of species attracted to the palm tree – lined permanent water of the river. Photographers will appreciate the dramatic backdrop of Ololokwe Mountain. There will be time to relax by the pool in between game drives.
Day 6 Mt Kenya
After breakfast, you’ll head for the distinguished Mt. Kenya Safari Club, one of the most exclusive clubs in the world. Set on the Equator with magnificent views of Mt. Kenya, this luxurious club spreads over 100 acres of manicured lawns, magnificent gardens and ornamental ponds which are graced by free roaming peacocks and other exotic birds.
Day 7 Mt Kenya – Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, you will be driven to lake Nakuru national park famously the ornithological paradise via Thomson falls 72m cascade (fees payable). Arrive Nakuru in time for lunch, evening game drive will follow. Dinner and overnight.
Day 8 Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara
After morning breakfast, drive to Masai Mara national park ‘the 8th wonder of the world’ this is the only one of its kind where the greatest natural phenomenal spectacle takes place in the world Afternoon game drives across the African savannah to rendezvous with the Mara Residents: herds of buffalo, wildebeest, hartebeest, impala and gazelle. Dense thorn bush reveal browsing black rhino, and near the riverine woodland large numbers of giraffe and elephants are to be seen. Hippos cavort, en masse, in the Mara River (July – August). A host to the country’s largest predator population, the reserve is renowned for black manned lion prides up to 20 strong.
Day 9 Mara Mara
A full day to explore the park and even visit to masai village. Dinner and overnight.
Day 10 Masai Mara – Nairobi
After morning breakfast, there will be a morning game before departure. Lunch at carnivore later transfer to the airport or place of your choice.
